    About Me

My name is Daniel, and I offer counselling through Daniel Hall Counselling Therapy. I provide online and telephone support in a safe, calm and confidential environment.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor, holding a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, known as the BACP.

My work is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework, which means I am committed to working safely, ethically, and with your wellbeing at the centre of what we do.

    My Experience and Perspective

My approach is shaped not only by my training, but also by my personal experiences.

From the age of 15, I lost my sight and had to learn to navigate life in a very different way. There have been times in my life that felt uncertain and challenging, and I understand what it can feel like to struggle or feel lost.

These experiences have helped me develop patience, resilience, and a deeper sense of empathy. They also support my belief that, even in difficult times, there is the possibility for growth, understanding, and change.

Who I Am Outside of Counselling

Outside of my work, I am a husband and father to three children. Family life is a big part of who I am. It can be busy, lively, and at times challenging, but also supportive and grounding.

I value being active and spending time outdoors. The place I feel most at peace is by the sea — connecting with nature, finding calm, and stepping away from the pace of everyday life.

That sense of calm and balance is something I also aim to bring into the space I offer to clients.
